Mecha Zone: Nightingale by Mecha-Zone Mecha Zone: Nightingale by Mecha-Zone
Here's a really old design from somewhere around '97. I made a 3D model of it too and even made a little animation of it walking. This was back when I was into organic shapes and mecha designs.

I was working on the computer game "Majesty: The Fantasy Kingdom Sim" at the time and hacked the little walking robot into the game so he showed up instead of the warrior (only on my computer!). Now those were good times!

The arms, and especially the hands, look really creepy. Like, "This was once a living thing!" haha, but it's great nonetheless.

Maybe. It is an alien design so I have no idea what any part of it does :)

many designers design for the reason design.
I, for my part, like to design for functionality.
"don't put things on it you don't need", this means.
there is a point, always, these creations become to mighty.
then i made the biggest mistake a designer can do. ;)

may i ask? how old are you my friend? I'm 21 and i do draw for about 12 years.

what i want to say with meaning nothing and writing off you a eyelip is(!): i made, make and will always make, many thoughts.
