The comics were great. I had some trouble adjusting to the visual style of the new voyages, but I eventually got over it.

yeah, his boxy head is really iconic, but i wanted to try something different and I thought the clear visor would help convey more emotion. I imagine it is like murky dark inky water with two glowing eyes inside a super shiny glass visor.
