My first thought upon seeing this, "They're bringing back the LAMs?!" My thoughts upon reading the comments, "Aww, it'd be so cool if those wings could be made to fly. Maybe they glide?"
Overall the design is very nice, and reflects the trend towards more angular and militaristic battlemech designs in the 2000s, as opposed to the more organic-looking designs of years past. Though, looking at it I do have to wonder how much it weighs, since I checked Sarna and they don't have any intel on the sucker yet.
I am truly envious of your beautiful, straight, clean lines and the fact that you can draw awesome mechs. I always have at least a bit of bleed and a "lumpiness" to my line work and wherever the grey and the black copic markers mix they always bleed horribly. How do you manage it? Is it the paper? The markers you use?
