Something about this mech reminds me of Kallon Industries PTR-4D, the Penetrator. At 75 tons with 2 ER Large lasers and 6 medium pulse lasers, 12 heat sinks and jump jets, the Penetrator is a nasty customer. This machine looks like it could be just as nasty and I haven't even seen any specs on it. Is this mech a jumper, by chance? The lower legs look like you might have included jump jets. Come to think of it, where do I find the specs on these mechs you draw with such attention to detail?
Well, I am generally not into Clan-Mechs ('proud to be freeborn'), but this one looks solid, like a real workhouse. Okay, but I must admit, that I was like WTF? when I first saw it in the TRO and did not liked it at all. But as with a lot other Mechs I did not liked at all instantly it turned out better looking and better looking and now I really like it. Needs some time to get used to the no-arms-style and the hip-mounted guns. Well, and they explained it pretty well in the fluff text why it looks how it looks. Which leads me to the question what was first - your design or the specs given to you for this mech? Nice idea the Mecharm on the truck in the background, especially since this Mechs lacks them. And the Fist reminds of House Steiner's fist on their crest too.
They aren't on the hips per se, but very close to it, just above. A little odd on the positioning and would make some fire arc shifts a bit hard but overall it would be ok. Better if the overall center of mass was lower but those missile racks deny that option.
