From Battletech Technical Readout 3085. My drawing, but not my original design.

I'll be posting all my work from this book in alphabetical order.

This is a good one, but I'm afraid the scale of the cars was done out of proportion. I think those are not your cars, or maybe they are? Did someone add them into your art?

Unfortunately that is all me. I hate "little" mechs and always draw them larger. No one at Catalyst corrected me on this so I guess it is only 50% my fault ;)

Heh heh, I can't believe they didn't call you on that! You know me and my proportions/scaling! :P I understand the desire to make it bigger, since it looks the part of a bigger Mech. Just always want the continuity part going on since I'm a stickler in that department. Call it my Arthurian flaw!

Good call though. It was the first thing I noticed in this image. Nonetheless cool design.

The shades are great and so is the on-road battle scene.

Awesome pic, man. :D

It looks like he's strutting along to "Staying Alive" by the Bee Gees (ala "Saturday Night Fever"). LOL

Nice little nod to the ARC-2R Archer in the leg design. The upper body reminds me of a fusion of Apollo and the BattleMaster.

It's awesome! Still, I really wish it were casting shadows, even if just under the feet.

Not a fan of most MWDA-designs with a few exceptions, but your illustration is awesome and showing some Mechs in urban environment is just plain cool.

I really don't care for a lot of the MWDA 'mech designs either so it was a mental challenge to draw so many of them. I wasn't allowed to change them at all :(

There were some I liked a bit but very few were MWDA specific... I hated the ones with the Gundam backpacks or the Ground-Type Gundam shields on them. Thankfully they must have fired the guy who liked ripping off anime pretty early :D

The cityscape and cars are a nice addition. A lot of the TRO art tends to be quite stark, which is fine, but a little scenery always livens things up. Good scale, too!

I would love to do some more detailed "destroyed city environments" but it would take too long to draw :(
